All deliveries will be sent either using our own transportation or where necessary our chosen nationwide courier network. If orders are received before 3pm we aim to offer a next day delivery service. Orders over £100 are carriage paid. We Aim to achieve 100% satisfaction for our customers , therefore if any item is sent incorrectly , damaged in transit or not as described we will be happy to offer a full refund (incl P+P). If the item is ordered incorrectly , as long as returned within 5 working days and in original condition the cost will be fully refunded (Excl P+P).

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

A full refund will be offered should you change your mind as long as the goods are returned in perfect condition and within 7 working days. Then a full refund will be given.
